Poe-tracking

The basic idea that has inspired our project was to conceive a program that could produce a poem related with the analysis of a drawing, and where the user could be at the same time author and reader of the text.

So how does it work?

The user is invited to draw a tree thanks to different tools, after what, a poem is generated in the background, displaying lines in link with what he has drawn. However, the fact is that he does not know that his drawing has been analyzed and that the poem has been generated thanks to that. Indeed, our program is conceived to define the drawers' profile and main character traits in the form of a poem, according to the colors, the lines and the position he has chosen for his tree.

Nevertheless, our project is also meant to criticize internet tracking. As we determine the profile of the user thanks to his drawing without letting him know, we reproduce the practices used by devices and internet websites which collect information about who you are, what you do, where you go, what you are looking for... In the end, what seemed to be an innocent game, appears as a way to collect private information about the user.
